The “From Boldness to Excellence” mentoring program is intended for women entrepreneurs and professionals who have a project or a career objective for which they wish to be coached.

Only 20 women will have the chance to join the 2023 cohort!

What is mentoring?
A means of development and learning based on a voluntary and confidential interpersonal relationship. A relationship in which an experienced person invests his or her acquired wisdom and expertise to foster the development of another person who has skills to acquire and professional goals to achieve.

The mentorship consists of monthly meetings with a seasoned entrepreneur or professional as well as training modules.

Registration: January 11 to February 03th, 2023

The Honorable Natacha Pierre

Having the defense of human rights at heart, The Honorable Judge Natacha Pierre began studying law at the University of Sherbrooke. In 2005, she began her career as a lawyer in criminal and penal law. After 11 years of private practice, she was appointed in March 2017 as an administrative judge within the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec.

Martin Enault

Often described as an inspirational and visionary leader, Martin Enault is recognized as a forward-thinking builder of new industries. He is the Chief Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Centech Business Incubator, one of the world’s top 20 incubators, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Relief, supporting the mental health of more than 15,000 people annually.

Déborah Cherenfant

Since arriving in Quebec in 2005, Déborah has passionately deployed her commitment to economic development and female leadership. With a degree in economics and entrepreneurship, she joined TD Bank Group in 2020, after a successful career as an entrepreneur. Déborah Cherenfant is also an experienced administrator, a speaker and columnist on current affairs and economics.

Stéphanie Boisvert

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, Stéphanie stands out with her atypical background and her diverse experience. Over the past 15 years, she has quickly made her mark in the pharmaceutical industry in addition to having expertise in the retail trade as well as the aerospace sector. She is passionate about forward-thinking ideas and practices an innovative leadership style aimed at deploying full human potential. Naturally and deliberately curious, she sees each day as an opportunity to create, learn and experience.

Marilyn Mahotières

In 2005, Marilyn started her business MARILYN SIGNATURE which took off quickly. Expert and specialized in the organization of corporate and wedding events, she is becoming a fixture in her industry. In 2008, she developed the destination wedding component. Marilyn has been seen on television and in several magazines in Quebec. Now she has many strings to her bow, a radio columnist and co-owner of an online craft store. All in all, in business for 17 years now, Marilyn is a passionate and experienced woman in her field.

Raymond Brisebois

Raymond Brisebois has over 35 years of experience in sales and customer service. He joined the international organization Toastmasters in 2003 and obtained the highest educational distinction, the DTM (DistinguishedToast masters), 6 times. In 2011, he was responsible for marketing and growth for all of Quebec and Eastern Ontario. He has won numerous leadership and communication awards and was also a semifinalist at the World Public Speaking Championship in 2016 (Washington). Mindset and performance coach for real estate investors and entrepreneurs. It helps professionals, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs to communicate with more impact and exercise mobilizing leadership.

Marjorie Théodore

Marjorie Théodore has accumulated more than 30 years in communication and administration of social economy enterprises. She is currently CEO of Vues et Voix, a social enterprise that produces and distributes audiobooks, and Canal M, an inclusive radio station. Also representative to the United Nations for Universal accessibility for people with disabilities, Marjorie Théodore has always worked for the promotion of the rights and well-being of others. She is also the interim president of the “Union Francophone des Aveugles-UFA” and has served on numerous boards of directors.

Elizenda Jean-Claude

An experienced leader in human resources management, communication, and organizational transformation for more than 15 years, Elizenda Jean-Claude is a woman of solutions and defender of diversity. Her mission is to be the voice of humans in the business world and help people and organizations navigate and take advantage of times of change in a thriving way. She is also the creator and CEO of the Moiiza hair product line, which aims to help women with curly hair appreciate and enhance their natural beauty.

Marjorie Michel

Holder of a master’s degree in social labor and organizational psychology from the University of Louvain (Belgium), Marjorie is a woman of action, commitment and conviction capable of mobilizing teams and diverse groups around community or society issues. Results-oriented, her creative spirit, her analytical skills and her political sense allow her to support organizations in change management, and exploring innovative ways of doing things that bring success. Her professional slogan: “Think outside the box! She is currently Deputy Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Roselyne Zamor

Passionate about human relations, Roselyne Zamor is a dynamic collaborator who is always looking for solutions in any situation. With a bachelor’s degree in Applied Political Studies, her analytical mind and interpersonal skills make her an inspiring and motivating team member. Enthusiastic and charismatic, Roselyne leaves no one indifferent, and her knowledge of different environments is an excellent asset in various projects. She is currently a human rights advisor for the RCMP and a candidate for the Master of Business Administration for executives at UQAM.
